The company grew rapidly within a few years and expanded into Residential Sales, Commercial Property, Land and New Homes.

Richard has worked in the local property market since 1990. An expert in lettings, investments, land, new homes and commercial property. Married to Rita with daughters Chloe & Annie and lives in Hoddesdon. A familiar face in the industry and local area, Richard always goes above and beyond for his loyal client base and welcomes new clients to Anthony Davies Property Group along the way.

Operations Director

Rita has a background of accounting and office administration. Rita is fully trained in Lettings Management, Lettings Laws and Legals. Married to Richard and based at Hoddesdon office.

Letting Agent

Sophie has a very personable approach and is experienced in all aspects of lettings. A key member of the AD Team and lives in Stanstead Abbotts with her two daughters.

Property Manager

Sophia looks after the property maintenance for our fully managed portfolio as well tenancy agreements, renewals and general administration. Sophia is very organised and deals directly with our landlords and tenants.

Annie actively works within our busy lettings department ensuring a high level of service for our landlords, dealing with rent payments, property maintenance and administration, as well as running our social media platforms. Annie loves her dogs Ronnie & Frankie.
